This page is here to help you feel confident and prepared as you get ready for the weeks leading up to preseason and your first days on campus. Students Arrival - Thursday, August 13

Check-In

1:00 to 3:00 p.m. in Nettleton

At this time, you will receive your room keys, room assignment and early arrival schedule. During this time, Student Accounts, Financial Aid, and Registrar’s offices will be open for questions.

Please note that you will need to complete your registration on August 20 from 9-10:30 a.m. in the Nettleton Center to make sure that all of your forms are completed and verify that your information is correct to ensure a smooth transition to classes!

Move-In

3:00 to 4:00 p.m. in Student Housing

Once you are finished checking in, you can move into your room! Your RA will be available to answer questions and help with your move-in process.

Use this time to get to know your roommate and RA as well as explore campus with your parents!

Opening

Session

4:00 to 5:00 pm in TBD

Parents are welcome to join their student during this session.

Dinner

5:00 to 6:00pm in the Benson Dining Hall

Parents of new students are welcome to dine

with their student athlete for free.

6:30 p.m. in Gray Classroom 101

**This is a required meeting for new and returning student athletes.

This special session has been designed specifically for parents to encourage and inform them as their athlete enters college.
